Scenario is the world’s first 360-degree, 3D, interactive cinematic fairytale. In this eerie, yet beautiful work, the audience encounters five humanoids imprisoned in a concealed labyrinth. The audience and the humanoid characters collaborate to discover possible ways to escape. Hampering their efforts at every turn are humanoid sentinels. This companion book from respected writer Ed Scheer and with an introduction from celebrated playwright Stephen Sewell, sheds light on a ground-breaking work created by leading new media artists and computer scientists. Five years in the making, Scenario is directed by artist Dennis Del Favero and is the result of collaboration between screenwriter Stephen Sewell, AI scientist Maurice Pagnucco and a multidisciplinary team at the iCinema Centre for Interactive Cinema Research at the University of New South Wales.
