Tale of the Betrayer

The year is 2425. Major Stephanie Mitchell travels to two new star systems as she struggles to come to terms with the supernatural event that resulted in Earths decisive victory over the Crucians. Her mission, to identify species X, locate their allies, and stop them from advancing towards planets Earth, Nemeranth and Odomas. But hidden in plain sight, a betrayer schemes with an altogether different plan, and the perfect disguise. Their aim, to mislead Mitchell about the true nature of one Alex Benorai, her enigmatic benefactor, and the mysterious being that delivered her to Elana, her adoptive Earth mother some forty years earlier.

Can Mitchell uncover the identity of the betrayer, as she is forced even deeper into Alex's world, or will the betrayer succeed in their plan, eliminating those closest to her, whilst setting their sights on Earth.
