The regime is controlled by a handful of extremely powerful elites who manage the 'Alliance of the Strongest', any dissent or attempt to grow to a level not permitted is struck down without mercy. Which didn't stop 'Captain Rydon Ransdem' from fleeing their ranks with a state of the art warship, or repeatedly targeting their ships after discovering the truth behind them. Although he's enjoyed being an unreachable thorn in their side up to now he's beginning to realise returning to the fray might be the only way to sincerely repay the sacrifices made for him and conquer his demons.

He's a variable strategist of perpetual adaptation always in his element but no matter what he wants once danger descends, he is going to need raise the stakes and accept his role in the future of the ever changing universe. Balance is never static.
