Holly the Hedgehog and Friends Find Bravery to Face Their Fears

A story about the different presentations of anxiety and how to overcome it. Teaching children, age 3 to 8 years, to be brave and face their fears. Holly the Hedgehog curls up into a ball when she is scared or anxious. She is fed up of being unable to face her fears and goes on a journey to find her bravery. Along the way she meets other animals whose anxiety manifests itself in different ways. This will help children of 3 to 8 years old, to understand that anxiety presents in different ways but essentially we all have it and it needs to be talked about and managed.
