Ruby has worked as a teacher in the educational field for 45 plus years, working with {youth, parents, organizations, churches and community leaders.
Ruby is a retired civil service government employee. She enjoyed being a teacher for 28 years, working for the Department of Defense Child Youth and School Services, on Fort Bragg NC for 28 years.
Ruby now enjoys working as the President of Educational Programs for Jones Global Foundation.
