This workbook is the result of my personal, professional and ministerial experience of working with women for well over three decades. I firmly believe that when women come together, we become better and truly demonstrate that iron sharpens iron . As women, we often take care of everyone, except ourselves and are left with holes in our hearts and souls. This workbook is the product of my personal transformation of learning how to close those holes, reject stinking thinking, stinking opinions and stinking self-talk by renewing my mind, thoughts and speech with affirming self-talk, and establishing a sphere of women, that will keep you accountable, integrity driven,
