Some Notes on Love is the first collection from Marco Cavazos.

The poems in this series explore the complexities of human relationships, love that is often imperfect, and the insecurities we all face as we seek to find purpose in existence.

Marco's style, largely free verse, but often lyrical and deeply introspective, is noted by the portrayal of big topics in little moments in poems like Sundays Taste Strange, "Sundays still taste strange when I think about you and the way you ate your fruit," and Love is Alone in Bed, "He'd always came home. But always is only always until it's not."
