What’s more of a pest, a man or a mouse?

Susan Winter gets more than she bargains for when she goes back to the family farm to settle her mother’s estate. Memories of the past surround her. Setting a mousetrap in the pantry seems rather benign, until a dangerously handsome man magically appears. His tearing the mousetrap to bits is one thing, his claiming to live in the house with her, is quite another.

Susan has to save the farm from the clutches of her greedy aunt, who plans on turning the property into an exclusive housing development. Add her aunt’s quirky, devious lawyer to add to her angst.
