The journey of my faith life began with a small spark of awareness of my spiritual need at the age of 7. However, it became a bright flame thirteen years later. I grew up as a "preacher's kid," and I should have known the answers to the "how to's" and "what if's" of following Jesus. After all, the basics of how to grow as a Christian rang in my ears during my formative years, but I apparently wasn't paying much attention at the time. So, once I surrendered to the Lord Jesus, I soon realized that I needed a lot of answers, and I needed them quickly. But not only did I not know what the questions were or who to ask, I didn't know what I didn't know. Join me in this casual conversation, and together we'll cover 60 fundamentals of the faith life-the things I wish I had learned sooner, but am grateful to have learned, AND share them with you, friend-to-friend.
