Afredo E. Phipps, Jr. was born in Samana, Dominican Republic. Since he was very young he liked to write stories created from his imagination. In 1994, he immigrated to the United States with other members of his family. In 2007, he worked at the International Monetary Fund as an Information Technology Administrator. In 2015, he graduated from Liberty University. For many years he was afraid of the unknown, missing out on great opportunities in his life. From this experience was emerged the story Challenging the Unknown .
