Blood and Thunder

Amongst the demi-human races of Alataran, the Pak are considered to be one of the most noble. Although their doglike appearances may at first look savage, fur and fangs are not the only traits they share with the beloved creatures; loyalty, commitment, compassion, and trust are attributes these goodhearted people are renowned for. Possessing such a nature, what would happen if all of those held dear by one of these Pak were to be torn away from him? Cut down in a moment? That, is what happened to the Mighty Hound, Jadu, on one tragic day, setting in motion a story that has become legend. A tale of war, heroes, hope, friendship, and a king. But in the beginning, Jadu was nothing more than a broken man with a broken heart, in dire need of a friend to help him press forward. And a truer friend he would never find. His raging blood... was about to meet brilliant thunder.
