Everything in our lives has a foundation and a wall. The foundation is the root of where all things begin and where many of our beliefs and opinions are based. Once we form those beliefs and opinions, on the foundation, many of us will build a wall. The walls we erect are positive or negative and impact how we interact and flow daily.

Several elements can be found, such as, purpose, accountability, sacrifice, and fruitful living. Hurt, unforgiveness, low self-esteem and depression can be found there as well. Knowing this, the question arises, are we growing or doing the self-work required behind the very wall we erected?
