A terrible car crash caused by someone texting and driving left me paralyzed from the chest down at the very beginning of a promising college football career.With the help of my devoted family and friends, and the strength of my faith and upbringing, I was able to find my way through an unthinkable situation to forge a future as a college graduate, working professional, world traveler, and successful motivational speaker while bringing awareness to the dangers of distracted driving.Everyone has a story. Some are blissful, while others are tragic. Mine, on the other hand, is full of triumph. I desire to share my experiences with the hope that more people will feel empowered to endure difficult times and continue to fight for their dreams. To many, my accident seemed like the end of a young man’s bright future, but on the contrary, it became the prologue to my destiny. Sure there were times when I wanted to give up, but I made a choice to overcome my challenges, believe in a prosperous future, and motivate others to do the same.The Sky is NOT the limit!
