For years the Federal Bureau of Investigation has assigned nicknames to serial bank robbers. One reason for this is to raise public awareness of the offenders. For more than two years a heavily armed three-man team has been the scourge of banks across several states in the central United States. They have an uncanny ability to target specific employees during the robberies. They then disappear without a trace. The precise, choreographed, techniques they employ during the holdups have earned them a descriptive name from the FBI...the Fireteam. Paul Hull is a retired Air Force Combat Controller, a component of United States Special Operations. A random encounter with the Fireteam during one of their robberies puts Paul-and his wife Lauren-firmly in the sights of the outlaws.
