Everyone is a manager. You do not need a title or education to be a manager. Whatever a person had seen in his or her childhood will be obsolete with time. The culture, technology, people, climate and the country will change over the years. To be successful to live longer, one must knowingly or unknowingly be a good manager. Good management principles are required for personal and professional growth. Every person has hundreds of stories in their life that build them and made them who they are. However, most people do not recognize their stories because they do not pay attention. This book ‘Short Stories for the Manager’ are stories from my life or the people that are familiar to me.
