What goes into building the world’s best sandcastle? This is the deceptively simple question that 6-year-old Kate asks herself on a family vacation to the beach. In her serious quest to build the perfect sandcastle, she meets Cici, who oozes creativity and is willing to offer a helping hand…if Kate is willing to take it.
