Math MileMarkers® Foldable Stories: A collection of math-Infused mini-books

Math MileMarkers® is proud to introduce a new collection of foldable stories for young learners. These 8-page, standards-based mini books are designed to help children retell, recreate and talk about math in meaningful ways.

Each story is infused with mathematical concepts and vocabulary. They are the perfect way to integrate literacy and mathematics, and spark meaningful mathematical conversations at home or school. Children are invited to read and reread these stories with others or independently, and then color and cut their own take-along copy. Math Stories provide opportunities for children to talk through and make sense of the math within each story. Students also use the Math MileMarkers® storytelling templates provided to create and share their own math stories, or explore the story with new numbers, symbols and pictures.
