A year after the blood-spattered events of The Privilege of The Dead, Dean Boudreau and his old Special Forces buddy Tommy Unser are again working together. As part of an elite and top-secret team of government assassins, they report to a mysterious man known only as The Colonel. As the country sizzles in the summer sun, and tensions come to a boil, the team races the clock to uncover and crush a murderous domestic terrorism plot that reaches to the highest levels of power. The body count rises with the temperature as Dean, Tommy, and their lethal friends cross the country to dish out extra helpings of blazing hot lead in the name of justice.
