Up high on a hill lives a candlemaker with a strange desire in his heart. He wants to marry the moon! Each night he makes a delicious meal and sits with the moon, talking to her about anything and everything. He loves her like no other, and wants nothing more than to spend his life with her.

After an act of kindness, he soon discovers that he may be able to have his wish after all. But at what expense? Will the candlemaker choose to keep the moon to himself or will he let her go so that she can give her light to all?
