It’s Your Risk: A Worldview Primer

What will you be doing 25 years from now? How about 50? 75? 100? Unless we discover a way to increase longevity, we’re all likely to have died 100 years from now. Your anticipation of whether or not you’ll continue to exist and what you will or will not be doing after death provides a clue to the foundations of your understanding of reality and how you view what is. Embedded in the foundations of our view of the world is incalculable risk. The risk is inherent in the nature of the foundations of our worldview. It cannot be avoided! Since we’re taking an immense risk, shouldn’t we be aware of it, think about it, and make a calculated and reasonable decision? This short primer regarding the risk inherent in the nature of one’s worldview will prompt the reader to carefully review and consider the worldview they have adopted.
