Crystal suffered from bi-polar and depression. She was on an anti-depressant. She was just 27 years old when she took her life. She left behind a husband, three girls, two brothers, two sisters, mother, and father. This book is a work of poetry, which was a grieving process for the mother, as she vented out some of her emotions concerning her daughter’s death. At the time of this writing, Crystal’s death is still under investigation.
