Third Party Situations follows the life of Kayla, from her dysfunctional childhood in an abusive household, to her life as a troubled teenage mother, and her subsequent spiritual awakening as an adult. With little to no parental guidance, Kayla endures incest committed by a family member as a child, an unplanned pregnancy at the age of 15, and numerous events in her life that leave her struggling to find meaning and purpose in her life.
