During a career spanning over fifty years roughly half of which was spent in the Human Resources function of the British Motor Manufacturing Industry and half based in the United States operating as an international leadership consultant. Designated A British Chartered Psychologist, a British Chartered Scientist and a Chartered Fellow of the British Institute of Personnel Development he is also an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association. His main interest lies in exploring how people can unlock their full potential and make a positive difference in the world.
