In the CIA Station in Beirut, Lebanon, the Chief of the Station Soviet Operations section, selects a KGB officer as a recruitment target, and orders the officers in his section to begin gathering the necessary assessment information to determine the new target's vulnerability to a CIA recruitment approach.
