Joce Rogers Smith is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She retired from Miami Dade College where she was an administrator and, an adjunct instructor. Joce is a pastor’s wife; an inspirational speaker; a teacher; a role model, a mentor and a writer.
