Just a little over a decade ago, I was running a venture-backed technology company while hiding a deep, dark secret. I was a drug addict, a sex addict, and an alcoholic. My inability to control my mind was so strong that my life had become completely unmanageable. I lost everything, and it was in that implosion that I discovered personal development. It wasn’t long, however, that I felt stuck in this new world of self-help-acutely aware of the fact that I was holding myself back, but having no idea how to actually change my thinking.

I’ve spent the last ten years looking for the answer to a simple question: how can I change my mind? Having immersed myself in neuroscience, peak performance, biohacking, wisdom teachings, meditation, indigenous technologies, breathwork, metaphysics, and consciousness theory and through the distilling down of everything I’ve learned into a simple framework, I discovered the answer.
