Unapologetically African is a powerful and assertive collection of poems. It celebrates African heritage and identity. My idea herein; is to showcase a strong sense of pride and confidence throughout the verses, challenging historical oppression, and reclaiming the many distorted and deliberately convoluted African narratives.
