Ashford Hall

Thomas Whitmore has struggled his entire life to fit in with upper-class British society as the son of an English doctor and an Indian woman. Despite his long-standing friendship with Charles Ashford, the younger brother of the current Lord Ashford, the peerage continues to snub him.

Arthur Ashford comes across as cold and arrogant as he is wealthy and handsome. In truth, he wears that mask to protect his lonely heart from those who see only his title, not the man he truly is. Set in the 1850s in the idyllic English countryside, Ashford Hall is written as a pastiche of 1800s romance novels with a queer twist.
