A reclusive software engineer with ties to Silicon Valley, she mixes ruthless logic with dangerous friendships, launching a scorched earth campaign of government data breaches to force her sister's release.Considering only the prospect of Revekah's rescue, Dacia unwittingly sparks city-wide riots on a national scale with her exposure of government treason.
