War of Hearts

Dylan McGrath has been searching for centuries for someone to call his own, his ability to know exactly how other people are feeling sometimes too much for him to take. When he realizes that he can't pluck emotions from Vindicta's pet harpy, it intrigues him more than he would care to admit. Loyalty to his family comes first, and his attraction to Callista doesn't fit in with the mission to save them. Callista Rayne has always been told that her emotions are a weakness for a harpy, that they are something to be hidden. But the more time she spends with the empathic vampire the more she questions her beliefs. Being in close proximity to Dylan makes it hard to keep up the facade and keep her secrets, all while trying to navigate her complicated loyalty to Vindicta.
