Merlin the Magician and Morgan le Fay have disappeared! Jack and Annie, along with their friends Teddy and Kathleen, travel to the Land-Behind-the-Clouds to try and find them. There they discover that the Ice Wizard has stolen Merlin’s Staff of Strength and he won’t give it back unless the kids find his missing eye. To make matters worse, if they don’t return with it before sunrise, Merlin and Morgan will disappear forever!
