For many years, I struggled to study the Bible. As a woman in her 50s who had been saved as a 12-year-old girl, I had completed devotions for years. As an adult, I began to teach Sunday School classes, using quarterly leader guides to assist me in understanding what the lesson writer wanted to convey.
