Spectral Realms. In 2014, Hippocampus Press began issuing a new journal devoted to weird poetry. SPECTRAL REALMS is published twice a year (in Summer and Winter). The journal's editor is S. T. Joshi. In addition to poetry, the journal also publishes prose-poetry, reviews and articles about weird poetry, and reprints of classic but obscure weird poems.
