Tortured Justice, Guantanamo Bay

During his long career Rick Kammen was one of the premier death penalty lawyers in the United States. For ten years he led a teach of military and civilian lawyers representing an individual facing the death penalty at Guantanamo Bay.

Tortured Justice: Guantanamo Bay is inspired by Kammen's experiences in those proceedings. After eighteen months of negotiations, various Governmental agencies approved publication of this of "fiction".

Rick now lives and writes in either the Low Country of South Carolina or the Mountains of Central Mexico.
