The original, classic, Dark Shadows books from the Paperback Library, return with Hermes Press’ archival reprint of all 32 titles in the series beginning with the first novel which first saw print in December, 1966.

The ninth book in this reprint series is titled The Foe of Barnabas Collins. Each book in the series was written by William Edward Daniel Ross who used the pen name Marilyn Ross.

Barnabas befriends lovely Paula Jennings right after her marriage to strange, mysterious Christopher Jennings. He feels protective towards the lonely heiress because he suspects Christopher is the werewolf who has been ravaging the countryside. When Christopher is joined by Melissa Henry (the reincarnation of the evil Angelique), Barnabas is certain Paula is in terrible danger.
