In a city filled with costumed villains, one man will strive to make a difference. Trained in martial arts and with an arsenal of weapons to due battle, the dark figure known only as the Cowl will stop any foe who wants to hurt, steal or murder his fellow citizens. Zombies, werewolves and giant robots are just some of the dangers he will face, and the Cowl would gladly give his life to save those he’s vowed to protect.
