This is a skills-oriented course: no shoulds or oughts, but rather practical, applicable skills that are immediately useful. The program is realistic. It is not designed to take issue with the fundamental management skills you have or will learn in your formalized training or that you receive from the tutoring of more experienced leaders. It is designed to complement both of those: to add to your skills base so that when you choose to use it, it will be there.
