Patients and their families play a crucial role as partners in ensuring quality and safety across various aspects of healthcare, including direct care, quality enhancement, safety initiatives, professional education, research, facility planning, and policy development. This new collection focuses on the partnerships between families, patients, and clinicians to improve patient experience.
