Brotherhood of Dolphins

Latino detective Pete Escobedo is on the hunt for the arsonist of the Los Angeles Public Library, who he discovers may also be responsible for several grisly arson murders in the Southern California area. The criminal’s trail takes him to the barrio of his youth, moving dangerously close to his old friend Sylvia, an unorthodox Latina firefighter, and finally to Carmen, the woman he loves.
