Dreaming of a Daughter: A Michigan Mother’s Memoir of Miracles

Separated literally a world apart, this mother and daughter were each brokenhearted from different forms of abandonment by their biological mothers. Similarly, each have (or had) to face life-threatening diseases as well. Joined through a series of miracles to become adoptive mother and daughter, they were each made emotionally whole again. The two now live happily together in paradise with their large, loving family. This is the true story of their journey to find one another. It describes the tale of how they ended up on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, halfway between each of their respective birthplaces of China and Michigan.
