Norhem and So'hem share their continent, with more than just the mountain range dividing them. Both Norhem and So'hem believe they are the true followers of the one true god; the problem is, they worship two different gods. They both use fear of the other to control their people, which is the least of their problems. Norhem is their own worst enemy because they study religion instead of scientific facts and scientific reality, which is enforced by theocratic law. So'hem remains their own worst enemy when they choose to steal from Norhem rather than solving problems.
