Do you ever wish that you could write a letter to the child you were, so that you could let them know about some of the things you have learned? This can sometimes be caused by things that happened to them in childhood. If a child does not feel loved, it is often difficult for the adult they eventually become to feel loved. This is something that is very hard to overcome. Believe me, I know. I know because I am speaking from experience! But it CAN be overcome, and you CAN begin to believe that you are loved.
