This is the fifth book by the author, Hugo D. Menendez. In this book, he again returns to writing a fictional story. His first book, Violation of Trust, it is a true story that provides the reader with an inside view of organized crime and labor racketeering. His second book, Abuse of Process, details a true story of an attempted extortion and the creative investigation that solved the case. The third book, The Dancing Will Never End, is a short story about the love affair with his wife. The fourth book, The Answer, is a fictional story about a scientist who makes a discovery that caused his death and the death of others due to the national security significances of the discovery. Mr. Menendezs style of writing will allow the reader to feel as if they are part of the story. This fictional story, Horror on the Sea Master, details the life of a young Japanese man who was a genius. He became a highly regarded naval engineer and naval captain. It was always his dream to build the largest and the most technologically built ship in the world. He was successful in attaining his dream by finally building such a ship. He felt that by building the ship, he would restore the honor and prestige of Japan and establish Japan as an industrial power in the world once again. Those that traveled on the Sea Masters maiden voyage, as well as the world, never imagined the impact the Sea Master would have.
