William B. Maxwell, at present resides in Detroit, Michigan. Born in Rome, GA. He joined the U.S. Air Force, in 1971, for fifteen years and some months. He also joined the U.S. Army National Guard, for four years. The authors one other publication, titled Heart of a Blackman is available thru this publishing company.
