First published in 1982, but out of print for many years, this new edition of Swinging Texas Fiddlin’ contains all the old tunes, as well as Tiny Moore’s commentary, found in the original publication. It also includes a foreword by Merle Haggard, whose band in the 1970s included Tiny Moore on mandolin and fiddle. It was on Haggard’s band bus that they listened to old Bob Wills tunes, determined to master them on the fiddle, and this was the inspiration for the creation of this book.
