Little Hearts' is a story about young twins living the rural area of Pennsylvania. The twins father, a long time conductor for a local railroad is away from home for long periods of time. While at home, Mr. Heart tries to allow the twins to learn the proper way to act in life. They were also cautioned never to leave the yard without permission. One day the lessons they were taught would be put to the test. Their decision about what to do was not easy but without hesitation they acted. In the end, their parents are gleaming with pride over how the twins applied what they were taught. Happiness is everywhere in the Heart's home!
