My Story with Governance

Tom Houston held top jobs in several Christian organizations. This is the story of what he learned as he did them. He first writes about his own experience, then he strives to say what he thinks Jesus taught about governance through a well-known story from the gospels. He moves on to tackle what he calls Jesus’s kind of church based on the words of Jesus, Peter, and Paul. To round it off, Houston has some thoughts on the other kind of church and their impact on the nations to which they belong.
