The book is a fictional story about a group of kids who go off to summer camp and find buried native american artifacts that turns out to be whistles that communicate with animals. A group of bandits on the run from the police stumbled upon the camp site and rob the counselors and children of their belonging. The kids then use the whistles to stop the bandits. This book was inspired by my youngest son Alante, who attends, “Camp Great Rock-Brainy Camp” during the summer. Camp Great Rock-Brainy Camp is a camp that teaches children about their seizures and how to live with their disorder. Thanks to Children’s National Medical Center for sponsoring this camp.
