La Tesis tiene los siguientes campos de desarrollo: el primero aborda la evolucion teorica y conceptual de las categorias de analisis referidas al Espacio, la Region, la Frontera y la Integracion en el marco de una vision territorial del desarrollo en sub espacios nacionales que confluyen formando un Espacio Regional Fronterizo; el segundo discurre examinando, en dos escenarios que el Peru comparte con Bolivia y Ecuador, la dimension real del proceso hasta demostrar tangiblemente una dinamica economica, social y politica propia de dichos espacios; el tercer eje examina el rol del Estado en la administracion y gestion de aquellos procesos tanto desde una plataforma unilateral como en sus expresiones de caracter multilateral, dentro de las cuales se subraya la participacion de la subregion andina. ABSTRACT This Thesis includes the following fields to be developed: the first one addresses the theoretical and conceptual evolution of the categories of analysis concerning the Space, the Region, the Border, and the Integration, within the framework of a territorial vision of development in national converging sub-spaces forming a Border Regional Space; the second one flows examining in two scenarios that Peru shares with Bolivia and Ecuador, the actual dimension of the process to demonstrate in a tangible manner a peculiar economic, social, and political dynamics of those spaces; the third axis examines the State’s role in the administration and management of those processes both from a unilateral platform and in its expressions of multilateral nature, among which the participation of the Andean sub-region is emphasized.
