There are 3 children’s stories with a purpose. Animal friends who encounter challenges can teach us lessons in very specific ways. After each story there’s a page “What do you think?” for suggested activities that can be used by teachers or parents. “A Bit of Magic” is about what Magic did to all creatures in the forest where they live. It was a very upsetting time for them as they turned against each other and it greatly affected the children. “Wee Willie” is so curious, and is always asking what, why, how, and he goes on a quest to find out the answer on “what’s the wind?” “Double-Trouble” is about a boy who does not listen, he does not know what is happening and gives the excuse “I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you.” He has a dream that for him is double-trouble.
